Discovery
Define the audience, purpose, voice, word-count range and available source material.

A strong book needs more than polished sentences. It needs a clear promise, a defined reader, a logical structure and a consistent voice. Our book ghostwriting process turns your source material into a coherent manuscript while keeping you involved in the decisions that shape the work.
We begin by understanding what the book should accomplish and what readers should take away. We then organize the material, identify information gaps and develop the manuscript in planned stages. You review agreed milestones, provide consolidated feedback and remain the subject-matter authority throughout the project.

What the service covers
Every project is quoted according to its actual requirements. A typical ghostwriting scope may include a discovery consultation, book positioning, a chapter-by-chapter outline, scheduled interviews, agreed research, staged manuscript drafting and a defined number of revision rounds.
Your participation keeps the manuscript accurate and authentic. Depending on the project, we may need notes, recordings, existing drafts, research references, examples of your natural voice and timely feedback on each milestone. Claims, personal accounts and specialist information must be reviewed and approved by you.
After the first draft
A completed draft is an important milestone, but it is not the final publishing file. The manuscript should still be reviewed for clarity, consistency and technical readiness before design and upload.
Our editing and proofreading services can provide a separate editorial review. When the words are final, eBook and paperback formatting prepares the interior for its intended editions. Authors planning to self-publish can also use our publishing assistance for Amazon KDP, Gumroad and Etsy.
For a practical overview of the handoff from manuscript to upload-ready files, read our Amazon KDP manuscript preparation checklist.
Check structure, language, consistency and remaining errors.
Complete cover design and format separate eBook and paperback files.
Prepare metadata and review the final files before platform submission.

We work from your ideas, preferred tone, audience, source material and feedback so the manuscript reflects your intended voice.
Yes. A project can begin with an idea, notes, interviews, recordings or a rough outline. We confirm the scope and any research requirements before writing starts.
Projects are assessed individually. We support selected nonfiction, memoir, business, educational and fiction manuscripts when the subject, source material and scope are a suitable fit.
Ownership and confidentiality terms are stated in the written project agreement. You should review and approve those terms before work begins.
The timeline depends on word count, research, interview availability, subject complexity and feedback speed. We provide a realistic milestone plan after assessing the project.
Ghostwriting and post-manuscript services can be scoped separately or combined. Editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design and KDP assistance are available as additional services.
